Good downloader, solid support

I purchased the Viddly Plus lifetime license a few weeks ago, mainly for the YouTube Playlist Downloader and the 8K Video Downloader features. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and the license key arrived in my email within minutes. Installation was quick on my Windows machine. I had a small issue initially with one specific playlist not downloading all videos, so I contacted support. They responded within 12 hours with a clear solution involving updating the software, which fixed it right away. The 8K downloads are impressive, and the ad-free experience is a plus. The interface is pretty user-friendly, though sometimes the in-app search can be a bit slow to load results.

Decent value, slight hiccups

I got the Viddly Plus annual subscription primarily for the YouTube to MP3 Converter and Batch Video Downloader. The software itself is quite powerful and handles large batches well, which is a definite positive. The conversion quality for MP3s was good. However, sometimes the download speed fluctuated more than I expected, especially with longer videos, which was a minor inconvenience. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about a format setting, which was good. Overall, it's a solid tool for the price, but the inconsistent download speeds kept it from being a perfect experience.

Worked like a charm

Needed to download some YouTube videos for a presentation, and Viddly did the trick. Got the annual plan. It was super easy to install and the videos downloaded fast, even the big ones. No fuss, no complications. Happy with it.

Good deal, worth the money

I was looking for a good YouTube downloader and found Viddly. I picked up the lifetime license during their annual subscription deal. It felt like a solid investment compared to paying yearly. The 4K Video Downloader works great, and I've been using the YouTube to MP4 Converter a lot. I compared it to a few free options and this definitely offers more features and better quality. For the price I paid, it was totally worth it, no regrets.

Reliable as always

This isn't my first time with Viddly; I've been using their software for a couple of years now. Started with the free version, then upgraded to Plus last year during a holiday sale. This time, I got the Subtitle Downloader add-on. Just like my previous purchases, everything was smooth. The download speeds are consistently fast, and I appreciate that they keep updating the software to handle YouTube's changes. It's why I keep coming back – it just works, reliably.
